• How do credits work?

  Purchase credits from this page, then use them when you upload a body photo. Each credit = 1 generation. Credits don't have an expiration date and stack with multiple purchases. After payment, you'll be redirected to the upload page to start creating.

• Can I get a refund?

  Yes. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email support@toonshot.app and we will process your refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

• What do I get with each plan?

  All plans include the same features — the difference is how many generations you get. Single ($1.00) = 1 generation. 4-Pack ($1.99) = 4 generations ($0.50 each). 11-Pack ($4.99) = 11 generations ($0.45 each) — best value. Every generation lets you pick any of the 12 styles. Credits never expire and stack with multiple purchases.

• What is Studio Pass?

  Studio Pass ($16.99) gives you 30 days of daily generations (up to 5/day, 20 total) with all 12 styles and commercial license. Designed for creators who want sustained access.

• Do you store my photos?

  Uploads process on secure infrastructure and expire on a rolling schedule. You can delete generations from your account at any time.
